Steering Idler arm Volvo 1800 (B20)

Play in the steering wheel, wandering steering or uneven tire wear can point to a worn idler arm and tired rubber bushings. The idler arm sits opposite the Pitman arm and supports one end of the tie rod – over the years the rubber dries out and the pivot points develop play, which should be checked during a front end overhaul.
