Air filter Volvo 140/164 (B20A)

A clogged filter or a leaking hose connection can cause a richer mixture and rough idle on the B20A, which draws air through a single Stromberg CD 175 carburetor. When replacing or rebuilding the air cleaner, it's therefore worth checking that the gasket seals tightly against the carburetor and that the hose clamps are properly seated – a vacuum leak past a worn clamp is clearly noticeable in how the engine runs.
