A dome light that doesn't come on when the door opens is often caused by a worn or oxidized door switch, just as easily as by a tired bulb. On the 445 and 210 this is a common check point when chasing intermittent faults in the lighting, and the contact, bulb socket and the glass itself should all be inspected during troubleshooting.
