High-performance aluminum radiator designed for Volvo Amazon, 140-series, and P1800 models. Built entirely in aluminum for improved cooling efficiency compared to original units — ideal for both restoration projects and upgraded cooling systems.

Expansion tank is not required with this radiator.

Installation Notes:

Mounts for the expansion tank are present, but minor adjustments may be required:

• Light grinding on the inside of the aluminum (as indicated in reference images)
• Minor trimming of plastic components may be needed
• Brackets may need slight bending for proper fit
