Trim moulding Volvo 245 (1986-93)
Cracked or faded side moldings, loose fasteners and rust that has crept in under the roof joint molding are common age-related issues on the 245 estate. On the 1986-93 model years, after the 1986 facelift, the moldings are held in place with fasteners and often require the entire mounting to be replaced along with the molding – old fasteners crack when you pry them off.
