Oil leakage at the cylinder head gasket, coolant in the oil or uneven compression are common reasons to go into a B28 V6. Since the V6 has two separate cylinder heads, the sealing surfaces, studs and gaskets become twice as many check points, and a warped sealing surface should be measured before a new one is fitted.
