Safety belts front Volvo 140 (1967-72)

Loose retractors, worn belt webbing and locks that don't click in properly are common age-related issues in the front seat of the 140 Series. The car had a strong safety profile early on, with impact-protecting door locks, a safety cage and a collapsible steering column, so a functional belt is part of the whole picture when a 142, 144 or 145 from 1967–72 is to be put right again.
