Mud flaps Volvo 164 (1969-75)
Cracked rubber tabs and rusty mounts are common wear points on the mud flaps, especially where the rod and plate trap salt water under the wheel housings. When the flap hangs loose or is missing, gravel and moisture are flung straight into the rocker panels and undercarriage, which on a 164 from 1969-75 can accelerate corrosion.
