Keep in mind that the 145 estate body has its own sills and rear section compared with the 144 sedan, so always check-measure against the panel you are removing. A typical checkpoint during restoration is where the shield anchorage meets the inner fender – if the anchorage is rusty, the new shield will never sit firmly.
