The Pulsair system draws fresh secondary air into the exhaust flow to burn off unburned residue, and on the early V6 B27F the non-return valve is a common check point – if it leaks, hot exhaust gases are forced back and the hoses dry out and crack. This category gathers the parts that keep the system tight on the 240/260 up to and including 1977.

The group includes non-return valves, hoses, t-nipples and fitting nuts plus ferrules, screw and washer for the connections, as well as a V-belt. Always check the engine variant and model year against the chassis number – the B27F differs from the four-cylinder 240 engines, and the design changed around 1977.
