Rough idle, a vacuum leak, or poor throttle response on early 240s with the B19/B21 can point to tired seals and wear in the air flow meter – the air shutter and its linkage are common check points when the injection plays up. This category gathers the sealing and adjusting parts for these specific air flow meters up to 1978.

The group includes copper washers, shims, O-rings, a lever, a clamp, and a screw union. When the meter is taken apart for cleaning or rebuilding, it is often the O-rings and copper washers that need replacing to keep things sealed, while the shims and lever belong to the adjustment. Always check the engine and year markings against the chassis number, as the design on the early models differs from later 240s.
