The group includes shutter shafts and bushings, return springs and adjusting screws, plus smaller fasteners such as screw, nut and washer. During a rebuild, the play in the throttle shaft and the tension of the return spring are typical checkpoints – a tired spring causes hanging revs, while worn bushings mean the idle adjustment never settles.
