Cracked hoses, hardened gaskets, and worn mounts are classic problems on the early 240 model's AC system, where heat and vibration wear on the system year after year. This category gathers parts that belong to the air conditioning on the 240 with B20/B21 from the early 1976 model version, where mounting details and hose must match the original build.

The group includes hoses and gaskets for tight connections, pulleys for the drive, plus fastening components such as screw, stud, washer, nut and lock ring. During a rebuild, a typical checkpoint is precisely the gaskets and hose connections – leakage here empties the system and gives poor cooling. Take the opportunity to also check the pulley's condition, since it drives the compressor, and that lock rings and mounts sit correctly, so that vibration doesn't wear connections loose. Keep in mind that early 240s differ from later model years, so the model year and version determine which parts fit.
