Description
A camshaft B18/B20 – original standard profile
The A profile is the original camshaft fitted to the B18A and B20A with single carburettor.

Important when fitting
Always fit new tappets together with the camshaft, and use running-in paste (P110) on the lobes and tappets. A new camshaft run in against worn tappets is quickly damaged – the warranty therefore only applies if new tappets and running-in paste are purchased and fitted at the same time.
The camshaft nut is tightened to 80 Nm with thread-locking compound (Loctite).
We also recommend an oil with zinc additive during running-in and in service, which protects the lobes and tappets against wear – for example Kendall 20W50 or 10W40.
