Charge Air Cooler Volvo 700 (B204GT) (1992-)

Oily or cracked Air Charge Hoses are a common wear point on turbocharged 700 models with B204GT – they become hard from heat and pressure, and a leak in the system can point to pressure loss, poorer gas response and higher consumption. When inspecting the charge air cooler, hose connections, clamps and pipe grommets should be gone over carefully, since even small leaks reduce boost pressure.

This category gathers parts for the charge air system on the Volvo 700 with B204GT from 1992. The group includes hoses, pipes and washers – components that seal and route the compressed air between the turbo, cooler and intake. Since engine and model year determine the fit, it is worth verifying the connection dimensions before replacement.
