Fuel Tank Volvo 164 (B30E) (1967-73)
Cracks in aged fuel hose, leaking grommets and brittle rubber seals are among the most common findings when the tank on a B30E fuel-injected 164 is inspected. The D-Jetronic-fed six demands tight connections – the slightest leak shows up as a smell of gas and sweating fittings near the tank.
