A rough idle, a light knock, or an EGR valve that sticks can point to a worn recirculation system on the B20B in MRA configuration. This category gathers the parts that control and seal the recirculation of exhaust gases, where leaking hoses and dry copper washers are common check points when the joints start to sweat or hiss.

The group includes EGR valves, hoses, ferrules and clamp rings, copper washers, plus nuts and screw for the mountings. The parts are gathered for the Volvo 140 with the B20B engine specifically (twin carburetor) in MRA configuration, so that the thread, ring dimension, and connections match the original routing. During a rebuild it is wise to replace the copper washers and ferrules at the same time the valve is checked – new sealing elements give tight joints and a lower risk of false air.
