Felt ring for sealing the crankshaft at the rear of the engine on Volvo B18 and B20 engines. Made from wool, just like the original. The felt ring helps keep the engine oil inside the engine and reduces the risk of oil leakage at the rear end of the crankshaft.

Important information

Soak the felt ring in engine oil for 24 hours before installation. This allows the wool to absorb the oil and provides a better seal after installation.

A leaking rear crankshaft seal should be repaired. Leaking engine oil can come into contact with hot exhaust components and can also damage rubber parts and electrical wiring.
