Pilot bearing, flywheel – Volvo 1947–1997

Flywheel pilot bearing for a large number of classic Volvo models. The bearing supports the gearbox input shaft and should be checked whenever the clutch is replaced.

We recommend replacing the pilot bearing at the same time as the clutch, as the bearing is then easily accessible.

A worn pilot bearing can cause noise and vibration and can affect the gearbox input shaft. A clutch replacement is therefore a good opportunity to fit a new pilot bearing at the same time.
