Worn bushings and a sagging rear end are among the most common complaints on the 700 series – rear and driver-side spring replacement is an almost expected fault on these cars. This category gathers parts for the suspension of the multilink rear axle on Volvo 740/760/780, so the rear end becomes solid again and the ride height correct.

The group includes bushings, lowering kits, brackets as well as fasteners such as screw, flange screw, stud, lock nut and adjusting washer. When refurbishing the rear end, it is wise to check the bushings for play and cracked rubbers, measure the ride height side to side and replace threaded fasteners that have rusted or stretched.
Lowering kits are in demand both for tighter handling and a lower profile, while brackets and adjusting washers are among the details that often need refreshing when the control arms are loosened and tightened again.
