When the compressor belt needs re-tensioning or a leaking system has to be sealed on the 140/164, it is often the small parts that are missing – and those are exactly what this group gathers. The selection covers pulleys, lock rings, washers and wave washers, screws, rubber clamps, grommets and spark plug connection for the climate parts. These are wear parts and fasteners that easily rust solid or get lost during removal, but which are needed for the compressor and pipe grommets to sit correctly and the belt to run centered.

The parts fit 140 and 164 models from 1973 onward, where factory-fitted air conditioning is present. A common checkpoint during restoration is the pulley and its lock ring – a worn pulley causes play and a squealing belt, while tired rubber clamps let go of the pipe grommets and create vibration against the metal. Also check that washers and grommets are intact before the system is pressure tested.
