Manifold gasket for Volvo PV, Duett, Amazon, 1800, 1800E, 1800ES, 140, 240, 740, 940, B18, B20 A, B

Manifold gasket fitted between the cylinder head and the combined intake/exhaust manifold on the B18 and B20 engine, A and B versions. Fit the gasket with the "UT" (outside) marking facing the manifold.

Does not fit B20 D, E or F (fuel injection) — those engines use a different manifold gasket with a different port size.

Good to know: Always undo the nuts from outside to inside when removing the manifold. When refitting, seat the manifold without tension and tighten the nuts from inside to outside in several steps. Replace any studs that came loose when undoing the nuts.
