The group includes the chokewire, wire stirrup and retainer that guide the cable routing, plus the grommet kit, screw and nut for mounting through the cowl wall. During a rebuild it is worth checking that the cable runs freely and that the clamp sits correctly against the carburetor shutter, so the choke stay opens and closes fully.
