Generator DC Volvo Amazon
Weak charging, a charging control lamp that glows at idle or a relay that won't engage are among the common faults on the 122's DC system. A central change governs the choice: the B16 cars run 6 volts, while 12-volt arrived in August 1961 together with the B18 – generator, governor and relay therefore differ between the systems and must not be mixed.
