Decals Volvo 140

The group includes individual decals such as service decals, emission control and right-hand traffic decals, as well as complete stripe kits for the decorative lines. During a restoration it is common to check that the right motif type matches the model year, since the details of the 140 series changed during the production years – for example when the instrument panel went from a ribbon speedometer to a round one in 1972. A typical checkpoint is the surface under the decal: old adhesive and underlying paint should be cleaned before a new decal is applied, otherwise it adheres poorly and bubbles.
