The group includes trim and headliner in wine red leather plus mounting details such as fasteners, push button, cross recessed screw, screw and edge moulding – plus pliers that make the work easier. During a seat restoration it's often the small fastenings that are missing, and the right fasteners and push buttons keep the trim taut and seated against the frame without wrinkles.

Since the 164 received an updated instrument panel in 1973, it pays to check the details against the car's model year before fitting.
