Luftfilter Volvo 740 D24
Sooty exhaust smoke, sluggish throttle response or an intake drawing in unfiltered air are classic signs that the air filter and its mounting should be checked on a 740 with the D24 diesel. A clogged filter restricts airflow, while worn rubber bushings and loose clamps in the air filter housing can let unfiltered air slip past – something a diesel engine is especially sensitive to.
