Gasket for the fuel sender unit on the Volvo 740, 760, 780, 940, 960, S90 and V90. The gasket sits between the sender unit's faceplate and the fuel tank neck, sealing the fuel tank against leaks and evaporation. Made of rubber.

Good to know

Make sure the sealing surfaces on the tank neck and the sender unit faceplate are clean before fitting. The gasket should sit flat all the way round with no folds or puckers. Tighten the lock ring until it meets the faceplate, then turn it about a further quarter turn to compress the gasket.
