Important Installation Information

The bolts and nuts at the flange connection to the catalytic converter are often severely rusted and difficult to remove.

We therefore recommend ordering the flange repair piece, part number 1276031, as well. This allows the old flange on the catalytic converter to be cut off using a cutting disc, making the repair faster and easier.

The flange repair piece is sold separately.

Good to Know

Mounting hardware is not included and must be ordered separately if required.

For the Volvo 740 with the B230F engine, this exhaust pipe may also fit model years 1988–1992, but this has not been confirmed. Check the engine code and exhaust system configuration before ordering.
