Sports exhaust system Simons Turbo – Volvo 850/S70/V70 Turbo 1994–2000

Complete sports exhaust system from Simons for two-wheel-drive Volvo 850, S70 and V70 with petrol turbo engine, model year 1994–2000. The system is fitted from the catalytic converter back. It gives lower back pressure and a sportier sound than the original, and has a 100 mm tailpipe. Simons systems are manufactured by Ray Metallfabrik in Ljungsarp, Sweden.

Fits all petrol turbo engines. Does not fit diesel (TDI), all-wheel-drive AWD models or the V70/S60 generation from 2000 onwards.

Please note

• The system has no EC type approval. Check the rules on roadworthiness testing and noise levels where your Volvo is registered.

• Chromium steel develops a reddish-brown surface over time where the material gets hot. This is normal and does not affect durability. Simons states an expected service life of 10–15 years for TOP Quality.

• Follow the Simons fitting instructions for 020-H7.

Frequently asked questions

Does the system fit an 850 or V70 AWD?
No. For all-wheel-drive turbo models 1996–2000 there is the Simons 020-H8 with twin tailpipes.

Does it fit an S70 or V70 TDI?
No. The system is made for petrol turbo engines.

What is the difference between 020-H7 and 020-H5R?
Both fit the 850/S70/V70 Turbo. The 020-H5R is in stainless steel and has EC type approval. The 020-H7 is in chromium steel and has no type approval.
