Simons Turbo AWD sports exhaust system, duplex – Volvo 850/S70/V70/XC70 1996–2000

Complete sports exhaust system from Simons for four-wheel-drive turbo models of the Volvo 850, S70, V70 and XC70, model years 1996–2000. The system gives lower back pressure and a sportier sound than the original. It has two rear silencers and twin tailpipes, one on each side. Simons is manufactured by Ray Metallfabrik in Ljungsarp.

Important when fitting

• The parts are designed to be fitted as a complete system. According to Simons, the individual parts do not fit together with the original system, so do not replace just one silencer.

• The system has no EC type approval. Check the rules on roadworthiness testing and noise levels where your Volvo is registered.

• Over time, chrome steel develops a reddish-brown surface where the material gets hot. This is normal and does not affect durability. Simons states an expected service life of 10–15 years for TOP Quality.

• Follow Simons’ fitting instructions for 020-H8.

Frequently asked questions

Does the system fit a two-wheel-drive 850 or V70 Turbo?
No. Simons has separate systems for two-wheel-drive turbo models, for example 020-H5R and 020-H7.

Does it fit a V70 AWD from 2001?
No. The new V70/XC70 (model years 2000–2007) has a different exhaust routing and its own Simons systems.

Can I buy just one silencer for my original system?
No. The parts in 020-H8 are made to be fitted together and do not fit the original system individually.
