Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air. Keep the bottle tightly closed and do not use fluid from a container that has been left open for a long time. Never mix glycol-based fluids such as DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 with silicone-based DOT 5.

Brake fluid damages paintwork. Wipe up spills immediately and rinse with plenty of water. Always follow the vehicle manufacturer's instructions when topping up and bleeding.
