Not intended for sport or heavy-duty use.
On cars with external adjustment, an adjustment hole must be drilled in the drum.

Early Volvo PV and Duett (up to approx. 1957) have wheel studs with different thread directions. New brake drums are supplied with right-hand threaded studs, which may mean new wheel nuts are required.

Fitting instructions (brief)

• Thoroughly clean mating surfaces of rust and dirt

• Make sure the keyways in the drum and axle line up correctly

• Check the fit of the key before fitting

• Tighten the castle nut to 120 Nm and secure with a split pin
