Information

The disc is supplied without hub and must be skimmed/ground to the correct dimensions after fitting.
New wheel bolts must be fitted during installation.

Fitting instructions

• Clean all contact surfaces of dirt, rust and grease

• Check that the brake caliper and pads move freely

• Make sure the brake system and suspension are in good condition

• Tighten wheel bolts/nuts in a diagonal pattern to the correct torque

Important

• Always replace brake discs in pairs on the same axle

• Replacing only one disc can cause uneven braking

• Always replace the brake pads when fitting new brake discs

• Avoid heavy braking for the first approx. 300 km to ensure proper bedding-in
