License Light Volvo PV 444

A dim license plate at night or moisture under the glass can point to a tired bulb or a brittle seal that lets water into the lamp body. This category gathers the parts that keep the sign lighting on a 444 sound and sealed.

The group includes bulbs, glass, seals, and screws and cross recessed screws for the mounting. Since the 444 was built in the 6-volt era (12 volt first arrived in 1961 on later models), the bulb's voltage is a common check point – the wrong voltage gives either a weak glow or early failure. A new seal at the glass change is cheap insurance against rust in the body.
