Yellowed or cracked headlamp glass and an adjusting screw that no longer grips are classic reasons to look over the lights on the 940 and 960. This category gathers parts for cars without electric headlight leveling, where the height is set mechanically with an adjusting screw and adjusting device behind the lamp.

The selection covers complete headlamps, separate glass, bulbs, gaskets and strips as well as spacers that keep the lamp correctly positioned against the fender and front. When the light beam wanders it is often the adjusting device or a worn adjusting screw that is the culprit rather than the reflector itself – check them before condemning the whole lamp.
When replacing, it is worth looking over the gasket and strip at the same time, since intruding moisture clouds the glass from the inside and shortens the life of a new unit.
