Carburetor 140 SUHS6 (B20B/D)
A rough idle, sluggish throttle response or a fuel smell around the carburetor usually comes down to dried-out gaskets and worn jets on the twin SU HS6 units that feed the B20B in the 140 Series. When the two carburettors no longer pull evenly, cold starting becomes troublesome and the mixture runs uneven between the cylinders.
