2-inch sport exhaust system that is fitted after the catalytic converter and provides improved exhaust flow and a sportier sound. The system is made in Sweden by Simons and is manufactured in ALU Quality, which offers an excellent combination of durability, corrosion protection and value for money.

Important information

The system fits only Volvo 240 equipped with a catalytic converter. ALU Quality is made of aluminised steel, where the steel sheet has been coated with a protective layer of aluminium for increased resistance to rust and corrosion. Exposed parts are also coated with protective paint for a longer service life, while the tailpipe is always made of polished stainless steel. The expected service life is 3–6 years, depending on driving conditions and use.
