Front wheel brake Volvo Duett 445 (CH 27154-)
Scraping noises, uneven braking or a leaking front wheel cylinder are classic signs that the hydraulic drum brake on the 445 needs going over. Since the car runs on a single-circuit system, a single leak means total pressure loss, so the front wear parts are an obvious check point during a rebuild.

This group includes parts for chassis number 27154 and up: brake drums, return springs, thrust pins, spring washers and complete mounting kits. There are also oil seals, rubber caps and grease for disassembly and reassembly. When rebuilding the front brake, the drum's inner diameter, the tension of the return springs and the seals around the hub are typical points to check before everything is put back together.
Note that the chassis number determines which brake design fits – the parts here are collected for the later design from Ch 27154.
