Weld primer for treatment of iron and sheet metal surfaces, specially developed for use on weld seams where effective corrosion protection between metal panels is required.

The primer is air-drying with an approximate drying time of 5 minutes. It is mainly used as a single-coat treatment on weld joints and provides excellent rust protection in the gap between sheet metal parts.

The product is electrically conductive, which facilitates welding. It can be welded in both dry and wet conditions without affecting its protective properties.

Note that the primer is not suitable as a base coat under other paint systems.

 

Application

Remove grease and oil thoroughly before application. The surface must be dry before painting. Best results are obtained on sandblasted surfaces.
