Volvo B20/B30 Oversize Pistons (1974–) – +0.015" (89.29 mm)

Oversize piston set for later-type Volvo B20 and B30 engines (1974–), intended for engine blocks that are bored and honed to +0.015" (89.29 mm). Used during engine rebuilds to restore correct clearance, sealing, and stable operation.

The pistons feature a flat-top design, providing a predictable combustion chamber and making it easier to control compression ratio in standard and mildly modified engines. A proven choice for rebuilds, street use, track days, and historic motorsport where original geometry is preferred.

Supplied as a set including four pistons, piston pins, and piston rings.
(B30 engines require a total of six pistons.)
