HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To make a return to ClassicVolvorestoration, please contact us by email and we will provide you the correct address for return.
All parts have a one year warranty. Custom made interiors and parts with customer damage are not refundable.
Keep your original box and packing. Report the damage to us and the freight carrier within 3 days of delivery and obtain a damage claim number.
Photos of the damaged package and part are much appreciated!

Parts returned for any reason to Classic Volvo Restoration are refunded (not ship cost) if new, unused, undamaged and returned within 30 days after purchase. Customers should be able to verify that the returned item(s) have been purchased from Classic Volvo Restoration. Special/custom orders and non stock items are usually non-returnable. All returns have a 10% – $10 minimum handling/restocking fee, except when Classic Volvo Restoration are responsible for damage done.
If an item needs to be returned, it must be done within 30 days of receiving it. All new products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. Liability to Classic Volvo Restoration is limited to the replacement of the defective part. Returns may not be painted, stripped, used, cut or altered in any way and must be returned in the original package. Returns sent C.O.D or freight collect will not be accepted. No returns on special order or non stock items.
We must be contacted concerning any missing item within 72 hours of delivery.
After returning your part, the return is accepted. We issue a refund in 24-72 hours.
