Mounts with inside nuts. 
C-C = 65 mm.
The 276614 is as visually close to original as it gets. Mounting on the passenger side though, depending on driving position, the mirror angle limits could be an issue. This is not as good as the NOS I’m afraid.
Depending on your hands-on skills this could be modified. Not that hard. Here’s a link showing how it’s done. You speak Swedish right?
