Because of time zone differences and workload, we cannot guarantee that just because you placed your order today, it will be shipped today. We need up to two business days to process the order, pick out the merchandise, pack it, and ship it.
Our goal is to ship your order within 3 business days.
However!: Most orders are shipped out the next business day!
No ops during weekends or holidays!
Where are you located? Can I pick up my merchandise there?
This business is registered in WY. However, the warehouse is located in South Carolina.
This warehouse is stocked with millions of dollars of inventory so it is kept secured and unauthorized persons may not enter. Also, the packaging and shipping process is streamlined in order to maintain as low prices as possible. Having a staff member stop his/her work to take the time to locate and hand someone their order takes him/her away from handling other orders and interrupts the whole process. For this reason, we do not allow pickups.
Will you notify me if something is out of stock?
Yes! Parts shown are almost always available, but not at all times in stock!
We strive to keep everything that we have on the website on the shelves. However, there may be occasions where we are out of an item. Parts stock status does not show on the site! In that event, it will be placed on backorder and you'll be informed. All backorders are shipped when our stock is refilled. If there's a long backorder/delivery time (more than 4 weeks), we will refund that part and inform you, and ship out the rest of your order.
Backorders shipping costs are billed to you when they are shipped and not before.
When ordering heavy, bulky or fragile parts feel free to contact us. Price during check out may not be correct and will be charged afterward.
What address(es) do you need to process my order?
For the "Billing Address", please enter ONLY the address to which your credit card statement is mailed. We use the Address Verification System provided by the credit card companies. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which you provide an incorrect billing address. For the "Shipping Address" field, we need a physical street address & a valid phone number so that the shipper can call you if needed. We cannot deliver to APO's.
No one is at my house during the day. Can you put instructions on the package that they just leave my order at the door?
It is always best to provide us with a shipping address & phone number that is attended during the day, such as a work address or the address of a neighbor whom you know will be home. We are not able to place special instructions on packages - if you would like the driver to leave the package without a signature, simply leave a note on your door to that effect.
If delivered at the door /porch, Classicvolvorestoration will not take responsibility for stolen packages.
